Most contact forms dump everything into one shared inbox. Somebody has to read each message, work out whose territory it is, and forward it. Leads sit. Some get lost. LaserLead does that sorting the moment the form is submitted.

    Set up ZIP code ranges for each category and name the rep who gets them. Pumps in one ZIP can go to one person and service calls in the same ZIP to another. Add zones one at a time or upload your whole territory sheet as a CSV. You can CC a supervisor on any territory.

  • SpamSmartAI

    Each message is read before it is routed. Sales pitches and junk are held back from your reps, and real leads arrive with a short note on what the customer is asking for. Your own block lists of words, emails and domains always run first.

  • vCard delivery

    The rep’s email comes with the customer attached as a contact card. One tap saves the name, phone and email to their phone, and they can call back from the truck.

  • Searchable lead history

    Every lead is kept in WordPress with who it went to and how it was screened. When a customer says “I sent a message last week,” you can search for it, then resend or forward it. Export to CSV whenever you like.
