Questions? Talk to usWhat’s included
Everything a small business website needs to keep running.
A website is never finished. WordPress needs updates, the certificate needs renewing, backups need taking, and somebody has to set up the new hire’s email. Website Care puts all of that with us, for one monthly price.
Hosting on SiteGround
Your WordPress site runs on SiteGround, the host we use for our own sites, with an https certificate so visitors see the padlock. Staying with another host? Then you give us administrative access to your hosting platform, so we can do the work there.*
WordPress updates
We keep WordPress, your theme and your plugins up to date, so the site stays secure and keeps working.
Daily backups
A copy of your whole site is taken every day. If something goes wrong, there is a recent copy to go back to.
Business email
Up to 25 email accounts on your own domain for you and your team, set up and kept working, when your site is hosted with us on SiteGround. A new person starts, they get an address. Mail your website sends, like form notices, goes out through proper SMTP, not the server’s built-in mailer.
LaserLead Pro included
Our lead-routing plugin comes with the plan. When someone fills in your contact form, the lead goes to the person who handles it. See how LaserLead works.
Spam screening
LaserLead’s SpamSmartAI screens spam out of your form before anyone sees it. Bring your own key, or we provide the account for $10 a month.
Small fixes
Text, images, a menu item, a form field: up to 30 minutes a month is part of the plan. Bigger work is quoted before we start.
